The Atlanta Claims Association (ACA), a non-profit organization, was formed in the fall of 1923, with the first meeting being held in the Capital City Club of Atlanta.
The ACA is now the largest claims association in Georgia, with members not only throughout Georgia, but outside the state. We conduct educational seminars and help guide members new to the claims community, as well as allowing our members opportunity for fellowship.
We have monthly luncheon meetings the first Thursday of every month from September to June, with at least three educational seminars a year. ACA's Annual Convention, usually held in the second week of April from Wednesday night through Friday, is, if not the largest such event in the Southeastern United States, certainly among the largest. Our newsletter, A Claimscene, reaches over 1100 readers each month.
